SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is a $12.95 flat rate unless otherwise stated.*

Pick-up can be arranged from our store In Camden, NSW. Please call 1300 948 118 to organise a time to collect your order.

All prices include delivery tracking and insurance.

* For some specialty and larger items, there may be a surcharge on top of the ‘flat-rate’. This will be stated in the item description or before checkout.

** Any product labelled “Call for Freight” does not meet the general shipping flat rate and we advise you to call us to discuss shipping method and cost.

Once your order has been dispatched via road freight with Australia Post or Sendle, you will receive a tracking number. If you have not received this number after 24-48 hours, please us call 1300 948 118 to check the status of your order. 

After you have received your tracking number, please allow up to 3-10 working days for delivery.

If you require urgent shipping, please call to 1300 948 118 to arrange express delivery.

If the product is out of stock at the time of your order, a staff member will be in contact within 12-48 hours to give you an updated ETA of the goods. Once dispatched, the delivery time will be dependent upon your location.

Please note that it is not possible to change the delivery address of your order once it has left our warehouse.

Authority to Leave

If you provide authority to leave your parcel, you accept all responsibility for any potential loss or damage of that parcel once it has been delivered. Once we have confirmation that your parcel was left at your address, our liability and insurance coverage ends.

We also cannot be responsible for errors with parcels being left at the wrong address. Choose this option at your own risk. We reserve the right to change Authority To Leave requests to signature required where necessary (e.g. chemicals or hazardous materials).
